Puck remote control batteries keep running out within a week.

We have been using Duracell & Ever Read batteries but both types still run out within a week. Has anyone else had this kind of problem ?

@Simonmeager65 I had the same problem but in my case I had to replace the batteries every 3 weeks.

Give Sky a call and they will sent you a replacement. When I did this they said it would take 3-5 days to arrive (but that's another story).

If you have an old Sky Q remote available you can use that while you wait for a replacement.

@Simonmeager65 Just another thought.  I don't know if it has been re-calibrated or anything but in the past the low battery warning was not very accurate and other people suggested leaving your batteries in until they actually stopped working.  I did this but it only gave me another 2 or 3 days.
