Puck regularly locks up

I regularly have to restart my streaming puck, almost daily. We switched to a new better sky broadband unit with improved WiFi recently and the problem still occurs.

 

The menu freezes and we can’t do anything unless we restart the puck. This has been occurring almost daily since the start of using sky.

@IanB-   If you don't connect your router via an Ethernet cable make sure your router and puck have a clear line of sight and your puck is away from electronic equipment and no other objects touching it.  I hope that helps.
