Puck recording
I have a puck. We pay for the f1 chanel. We recorded a program and went to watch it but now saying to upgrade subscription. Any clue why when we pay for the chanel. Talking to a human is almost impossible.

Have you tried rebooting the puck? Sometimes that clears glitches on your account.
Please remember that Stream pucks don't actually record anything. They bookmark programme titles which then enable you to view a saved part of a broadcast stream, stored on a server, or an on demand version of a broadcast either from a server or via a third party app.
