My puck constantly needs reset.

If you need help from the community you will need to provide more information. What is the exact issue? What's the setup? Who is your ISP etc etc. Remember we are fellow customers not sky and know nothing about you unless you tell us.

@Malc51  Your duplicate thread regarding the same issue has been removed as you already raised the same question here.

 

As per @mikealanr  you'll need to provide a lot more information if you want the communities help.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
