Puck not turning on/not streaming

Hello

 

My sky stream puck isn't turning on and I'm sat with a black screen, we've checked the wifi and ran broadband checkers and it's all fine.

This does sound like your Sky Stream puck is stuck in a standby state,

Have a read of  this help article, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4;
