Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes tried everything it will not move off that screen

If that includes turning it off at the wall for a few minutes then powering it back on and it still doesn't work then you'll need to ring Sky for further troubleshooting and potential replacement.
