Puck not getting past activation after a reset
Iv had to reset my puck as it was flashing white for over 30 mins so I did the whole unplug press power button and wait for flashing lights now my remote wont link/unlink And I skip then the puck wont connect to my active sky account

To top it off it now wont go past the rainbow line in the middle of the screen 🤦♂️

@Metal_ed You'll need to call Sky to assista as doing a full reset like that can cause account issues.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
