Puck not delivered

New customer. Ordered sky prior to completion on property. Puck was dispatched and out for delivery before I could redirect, previous owner of new flat refused to accept and so puck was sent back and order cancelled. Called and asked for new one to be sent but nothing has arrived. Can I fix this without having to speak to someone again? I am now in said property.

Afraid not. You'll need to ring Sky.

Did you order online before or ordered via a call to Sky?

You maybe able to order a replacement puck and Sky TV package online, without a call to Sky, if it was actually all cancelled and not showing as a current return in MySky?
