Puck not at registered address

Received a mail from Sky on 11th September about my luck being used outside of the registered address when they are both in my registered property.  Anyone else receives this and what action do I need to take as can never get through to Sky on the phone and they want to charge an additional £26!!

And ideally have a reason why they appear to be behind different IP addresses.
