Puck no internet

Puck is saying internet isn't connected when hub in is fine

Try restarting the puck from the settings menu or turn it off at the wall for a minute then try again. 

Toggle the WiFi on and off and reset the network settings on the puck. If that fails then try an ethernet cable. If it still doesn't work then you may have a failed network card inside the puck and will need to ring Sky to get it replaced.
