Puck may not be good
One of my tvs is not working correctly. Signal Drops out. Picture freeze s and at the moment can't get the signal delivered to the to at all. The others appear s to be fine.

Could it be margin signal at the location? Try swapping them over and see if they work or if you still have trouble. If you do confirm that puck isn't working as intended you will need to call Sky as we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
