Puck losing connection despite ethernet connection
I am getting more than a little frustrated with my Sky Puck continually having lost network connection when switched off, despite being connected via ethernet. This can only be resolved each time by powering off the puck. I have turned off the wifi function, have the network standby mode on, and sleep timer off. Any suggestions to resolve this would be great.

Re: Puck losing connection despite ethernet connection
You have tried some of what we suggest for solving this issue, that is more common on Sky Glass TV, than a Sky Stream puck.
Some further thoughts for you.
Are you using any kind of ethernet switch or mesh? Some of these can cause dropouts we have noticed.
Any ethernet switch should ideally be an unmanaged type.
If you do, try a direct ethernet cable connection to the router if possible.
If you have a mesh, make sure to disable any option like a VPN or settings like roaming or device power saving, as Sky Stream may not in its nature of an always on not like that
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +
