Puck keeps dropping out every night

Sky puck keeps dropping out every night . Spoken to sky who said they have sorted the internet strength , load of rubbish .  We have fast broadband and one advisor suggest get quicker for extra cost , go away sky ! 

new puck and not made any difference , this is very frustrating now , maybe time to leave and look at virgin .  Sky take your money and don't help .

Have you run a network check from the get help menu on the puck's Netflix app? This is the only way to discover the broadband speed it is actually receiving. Without a fast and stable connection Sky Stream simply will not work well.
