Cannot connect to my puck, saying I don’t have a subscription , but the one upstairs works fine

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Geoff1665 power the unit down as that should cause it to puck up the correct details when it rdboots if it doesnt query it with Sky.
