Puck in cupboard not receiving remote

We recently had a media wall fitted and puck was located in little cupnoard. Was working fine but now I need to have the cupboard door open when using remote or it won't work.

@Cass50  I use a Harmony Hub & Remote (no longer available) these have IR blasters that can send a signal to devices out of sight, it sounds like the signal from the remote is no longer getting to the puck.  May be worth investigating such a setup if you must have devices out of view.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Cass50

If you've created a barrier to Bluetooth reception then that's inevitably going to be a problem.

Try pairing your your Sky Stream remote again:

Press and hold 7 and 9 together for three seconds, then press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds until a connected message appears on your screen
