Puck drops HDMI input at start up
When I switch on the TV and puck and then navigate to a tv channel from the Sky Home Screen, the HDMI input always drops and the screen goes blank. I have to re-select the Sky Q HDMI input from the LG TV remote and then it works and problem goes away-until the next day when I turn TV on and it happens again.
Any help grateful received -I've tried a re boot etc and puck is hardwired to a 500gb Vodafone router. Help!

Did you engage with Sky on the previous escalation in this thread back on the 13th May.
If you still have the same problems, we can escalate to Sky again.

Thanks for your replies. I did engage with Sky and told them changing the HDMI cable didn't work and they never responded back?
