Puck connection

My Stream puck does not seem to remember my Wi-Fi connection. It always starts with Ethernet connection(which I do not have) and I have to login to my router every time.

Re: Puck connection

@hoppit21   Hi, have you gone into Settings then Network what does it say in Network connection, it needs to be wi-fi?

Would suggest going into the Sky Stream Puck Network settings and perfoming a network reset, then again add your broadband/hub wifi details.

Re: Puck connection

Connection can only be WiFi cis I am not going to use Ethernet ever. I have reset a couple of times but it is always looking for Ethernet before I reset to WiFi (and log in to router again)...

I do not have network on standby but puck power is always on.

Re: Puck connection

@hoppit21 I understand what you are saying but if when setting up it was inputted as via Ethernet, whether you have it or not the system thinks you have and will always try and connect that way.  Beyond that and the other suggestion on here from @lettice  I am not sure what the answer is I am afraid.
