I get right to the point of receiving code putting it on my sky activate and nothing happened,  been on the phone talking with sky they baffled as to why it won't connect. Why won't it connect to TV so I can watch sky channels???

Same thing is happening with mine, I know it's something they are aware of as 3 agents have told me this. 

I've got a new pick arriving tomorrow but I think they have referred it to the back office technical team. I've not been able to get any tv since Thursday night.

@LorisaLeeds if you have a Smart TV you can access the live broadcast channels via the apps ... no need to have a terrestrial aerial😊
