Puck box is doggy?

Since joining Sky a few day ago. I have had nothing but problems.

I have paid £34 to watch the tennis French open and I keep on having to reboot devices all the time! Also connection drops.
It is very frustrating to have frozen image, dark screen...

@Froggy3 go into the Stream pucks network settings and check thecquality of the WiFi connection. You need a good stable WiFi connection to stream video thecsymptoms you describecare frequently caused by poorWiFi.

Your kind of problem is usually due to some kind of local network or interference issues.

Can you do a network speed test on your Puck..
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test several  times, say over a half hour periods between tests.
What is your speed?
