I've seen a few of these issues but no real resolution.
Puck needed a reset, set it all up but it won't switch off the TV. Switches it on, Switches Puck on, adjusts volume.
Was working all fine until this week.
Has anyone sussed it out ? Tried the remote reset numerous times, same result.

Sorry but I eventually got it working. Think I went through nearly 20 of the 20+ Models it automatically found. Previously it had always been the first one.

presuming you are long pressing the standby button on your remote ?

Yeh, I've rebooted a number of times. Reset the handset. It's just found the right TV before with no issues. When I manually try to find the TV it doesn't recognise anything which I find strange. When I allow it to find the TV it has 24 possible options so I guess I'll just need to work through those until I find the one that does everything.

Doesn't take too long to go through them
