Puck Remote suddenly stopped controlling JVC TV
I have the Sky Puck installed in our master bedroom. Until recently, the remote was working fine, it controlled the volume, power on/off, and other functions on our JVC TV. However, it suddenly stopped working.
I’ve already tried resetting and re-pairing the remote, but that hasn’t resolved the issue. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Puck Remote suddenly stopped controlling JVC TV
When you repair the remote, are you seeing the TV selection menu or the find it for me option with 1/30 or so options to try?
When you last tried successfully, did you use JVC as the TV manufacturer, as sometimes we have seen alternative ones work, like Toshiba.
In case you have not, have a browse through this remote help article, namely for the repairing sections.

Re: Puck Remote suddenly stopped controlling JVC TV
Thanks for the help and guidance.
While troubleshooting, I noticed that when searching for the TV brand, nothing was coming up, this led me to suspect the issue might be with the Sky Puck itself. I double-checked the connectivity to both the main Sky Glass TV and the internet, and everything appeared to be working fine, which made the situation even more puzzling. Despite that, the search still wouldn't return any TV brands.
I also verified my home network setup, and there were no issues there either.
All I can say is, after about 20 reboots of the Sky Puck, it suddenly started working again, go figure!
I was able to then search for TV brands and options would start to apear, allowing me to programme the Puck remote to control the TV correctly.
Thanks again, everyone, for your help.
