MYSKY_2306. DISNEY+ ERROR

Hello everyone, I have recently moved to sky and a few days ago I was setting up my apps and noticed I had an error message with Disney saying essentially try again later. I left it a day and tried again, same message. Then noticed a thread on here in relation to paramount mainly with the same error code(the one in the title). 

With this, I am adding my payment details for the order, and once I press to confirm subscription I am getting the error message. There doesn't seem to be a work around ( that I have noticed anyway) 


This is becoming increasingly frustrating as Disney is probably my primary streaming service and to have no access to this is not ideal. 

Finally, I'm not sure if this is a marketplace issue, exclusive to sky or just an issue when it is coming to setting up new subscriptions as I have been able to sign up to Netflix and Discovery+ with no issue as well as BBC and so on.

are you trying to subscribe to Disney through sky market place?

 

if you keep getting an error you can subscribe directly through Disney plus on your phone / computer then input your login details on your sky device

Hello, I have tried this also and when I am then attempting to login it is coming up saying complete subscription and taking me back to a page requiring me to purchase through the marketplace
