Programmes not loading

I have 2 sky stream pucks. Both have been fine for several months until today . One tv says waiting to load programmes but never does. Apps are fine .No problem with other tv and programmes. I've tried all the fixes recommended re puck and router nothing working . Checked WiFi says fine . Help !

Does it say "please wait for programme to load" followed by "technical fault, please try again later"
