I have had to reset by puck and ive got as far as entering my pin. Then it wont accept my pin. I have tried to change my pin as instructed but it won't accept my new pin either. Please help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sian231 Resetting of a puck should only be done if instructed by Sky when on a support call with them. Why have you reset it?

Yes was having audio issues with the sound bar so did a reset
