Programmes freezing.
Recently had Sky installed. Programmes keep freezing.

@Lisa1102 If thisn is a streeam puck are you connecting over wifi? What speed is the puck getting? Open the netflix app, go to get help, then network run speed test.
Anything less than 20mbps for HD & 30mbps for UHD will cause such issues.
