Programme guide page black boxes.

On the home/programme guide page, we continually keep experiencing a black box whichever one is selected. The only way to get the contents to show again is to do a restart/reset of the puck.  I have downpowered the puck and left for a few minutes and also restarted the broadband router at the same time. I have attached photos. It does this right down to the bottom of the screen, whichever box we are on. This has been happening for the past week.

I was messaging with a Sky person on and off all afternoon yesterday and the problem still isn't solved. Because it only happens randomly it is impossible to replicate the problem. It happened again last night. We are going away at the weekend and the whole system (tv, Sky, broadband) will be downpowered, so will see how it is when we get back.

Hi Claire

We went through everything yesterday. Unfortunately I don't have time to be online again all day. I am going away for 5 weeks on Sunday and have lots to do over the next couple of days. I will take this up again when we get back if the problem is still there. Thank you.
