Re: Problems with Apple tv plus
What sort of HDMI cable is used to attach the Puck to the TV?
What model of TV do you have?
Have you completed a App refresh... which may take 24hrs to complete?

HDMI GOLD means nothing. The speed and spec of HDMI cables is important, especially when it needs to transfer UHD HDR streams to your TV. Ideally you should just use the cable that came with your Stream puck as it's a perfectly adequate high speed cable for such purpose.
Apple TV+ tends to use quite high bit rate encoding, coupled with Dolby Vision and Atmos, so the higher spec cable you use the better. You don't need to spend much - you can get excellent quality certified HDMI 2.1 cables from Amazon for less than a tenner. They need to be less than 3metres long too, any longer and you'll be in the realm of expensive optical HDMI cabling.
