Problem with the Puck

My sky puck is not responding at all , this has been happening more and more frequently over the past few weeks, I have followed advice in resetting etc but this has become more and more hit and miss ( wether I'd get bit to respond at all) . Tonight however it has seemingly decided to crash completely, not responding to the remote, neither is the tv . So I have a tv that cant be turned off by the remote and a puck that is not responding either. 
I would imagine, looking at previous posts that the Puck needs replacing
