Problem with picture and sound

As above and peonies as before with picture freezing and sound just going, unable to navigate poor sky menus to get through to much needed customer support. Anyone any ideas??

Turn off, unplug and go away for cup of tea or coffee before plugging it back in.

Reboot your router whilst Stream is off.
