Network issue when watching Netflix

Whenever I am watching Discovery Plus or Netflix, after a few mins the sound drops and i get the Network Connection messsage on my Home Screen.  There are no problems with my Reuter or WiFi, yet I go and reset in Settings as per instructed.  There are no issues with any other devices and everything else stays connected.  I can also still access Sky TV.  I have Sky Fibre 500.  It's becoming embarrassing as twice now I have had friends round to watch Netflix and it just cuts out!  Super annoying too!  Anyone any ideas??

@DollyCee  Have you tried an App refresh? If not go into Settings, System management, Reset, and select App refresh.  This does take a few minutes but will eventually automatically return you to the Home Screen.  See if that helps but if not leave it for 24 hours as the app refresh continues to works for several hours.  I hope that helps.

Hi.

Sadly the same issue happened today.  It happens far too frequently for it to be a one time problem but thank you for replying.  I think I'll need to make a formal complaint as I am not quite getting the service I am paying for and trying to get to speak someone is impossible!
