@maxnoton Try rebooting the stream puck by unplugging it for a few minutes.
ITV shows certainly do get added to the playlist. However particularly for ITV i've noticed there may be a delay sometimes for shows being either uploaded to ITV X, or they tag them incorrectly with metadata which means the Sky playlist functionality doesn't/can't pick them up as being available. I've seen this a few times with ITV shows only, where the show is avaiable on ITV X app via Stream but ITV has listed it without a season or episode number, which can make it impossible to be displayed under the playlist functionality.
