Problem searching for programmes.

Not sure if I'm missing something here or what, I'm using the voice search to search for a program to watch, for example I'll hold the microphone button and say 'eastenders' and it will bring me to the search results page.

The problem is the search results only seem to show upcoming programmes for the week ahead and there doesn't seem to be anything I can select that allows me to watch or select a previously shown episode.

I now have to launch the individual app (iPlayer , itvx etc) and manually type in my search after which the shows available to stream show up normally.

Unless I'm missing something obvious, it appears the voice search is now only usable as a 'whats on TV next week' service and seems to have no functionality to actually stream anything when I'm pretty certain it used to list all the recent episodes to stream with 1 button press.

So I've tried some voice searches for things on ITV and BBC and got to the results where I can add to playlist or launch iPlayer or ITVX. Tried SAS Rouge heros, EastEnders, Corrination Street and for the love of dogs.

The only one which didn't work as expected was EastEnders. I could only see upcoming episodes.

I would suggest restarting your puck and see if it starts working. Also emailing sky's viewer relations team who can investigate issues like this as it may be a problem with meta data from the broadcaster. Their email address is viewerR@sky.uk.

Thanks for the advice, I've not tried it with multiple programmes yet (I'll give that a go later) but definitely happening with EastEnders and coronation Street last night.

Assuming there is something wrong then and not just an update to how the system works?

Not at home yet but I'll reset the box too when I get in.
