All of .sudden whenever I watch any programme on Prime Video after a random time the picture freezes then goes to black. I can press home and it goes to the sky screen but if I click on prime it goes to black screen. Also when I try and restart via the settings menu it goes to a black screen and nothing happens. I have to pull the plug to get it back. I have tried reset and its still doing it, no other streaming service is exhibits this behaviour. Has anyone got any ideas as it quite frustrating when trying to watch something?
