Power saving
Hi can someone help on one of my pucks every 10 mins it comes saying press remote of it will go into stand bye
I can't find how to disable it .thanks david

@david+john This is a very annoying feature of both Glass and Stream pucks and unfortunately it cannot be altered. My TV has an option to change the length of time before it goes to sleep due to inactivity but not my Puck. It is apparently to comply with EU legislation and although we are no longer in the EU the pucks are used in many EU countries.

It should only do this when on the home screen or when live TV or Sky playback content is paused. Is this the case or it is doing it when actual content it playing?
