Have you switched to Sky?
Even if the internet to your home is strong the wifi signal from the router may be weak. I found the Sky router is not to the same quality as my previous EE. Personally i use ethernet cable connections for Sky as their kit needs a strong stable connection.
you can check your connectivity in the netflix app under settings. Don't rely on the My Sky app for connectivity info it's flawed.
