Plsylist not recording

Realy fedup with skystream and sky customer service. Have had stream for less than four week pos yet on five days i find programs missing from mly playlist recordings. Press preview and sky news just dissapear. How do i solve this. Have followed all the tips.. Restart from settings, unplug and restart puck, refresh apps... Nothing works.

What is worse I'd that I have sent four messages of complaint to sky which have all been ignored... No contact at all. 

Is this the usual level of customer care?

Sky Stream only "cloud records" some content, not all. Some playlisted items will only remain accessible for a short (undisclosed) period of time. There is no way to determine exactly how long. 

If you like to record programmes and want to have a guarantee of being able to watch them at a later date then you would perhaps be better suited to the Sky Q satellite service which records to a local hard drive.

Thanks, but these are showing some days and not other days — it's all random and there's no sense to it. Having to resort to watching Sky News Press Preview on YouTube on the days when the 'Playlist' decides to dump those programmes on an ad-hoc basis, isn't ideal nor does it make any sense whatsoever.

Also, these particular shows are daily, so they should be available for at least 12 hours or so after they've aired. Again, no sense whatsoever. And I'm paying for this privilege!

Completely agree. Shows randomly are missing in playlists. For example- some football games are in the playlist, others aren't. And like you said; it is completely random and luck of the draw whether they will be in there or not.

And you also get stupid replies like 'post 2' which make you question your sanity. 

There's no reason whatsoever why some Saturday lunchtime football matches are in the playlist and others aren't; despite all being under the same Series Link.

I think the Saturday lunchtime matches are on the Sky Sports plus feeds, which are probably only available as a live stream, so perhaps that might explain the playlist issue?

No.

I'm talking about matches shown on Sky Sports Football & Main Event channels.

Some times they're in the playlist. Some times not.

Stop trying to gaslight us. The Stream product doesn't work properly.
