Please wait for your programme to load

I cannot get any live tv 7nless I go through the actual app. I.e. ITV x or BBC I player etc

@Janice48  Have you tried restarting your puck?  Once done open the netflix app, go to get help and run connection test, what speed is being reported?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you. I am not very tech minded. This is a regular occurance and usually comes back on the day after but just so annoying

Im also having trouble with this. Program wont load, aop to watch through an app on the TV rather than the Puc. No issues with wifi connection as the TV apps rub fine. Sky Puc is so slow laggy and unreliable. Disconnects from the internet all the time aswell.
