Please wait for programme to load technical issue

I have that on mine please wait whilst we load your programme and technical issue got it back again flipping thing I lost all channels the other night and lost everything had to reactivate the puck causing issues

Connection speed via Netflix is 35.57 mbps is that good or poor quality

That's borderline. Stream really needs 30-35Mbps bare minimum to function with any reliability. Any other device you have attached to your broadband network over WiFi could suck a bit of that bandwidth and cause the puck to freak out, therefore causing some of the issues you have. 

I've found my puck to work most reliably when connected via ethernet to my router. I have 500Mbps full fibre but on ethernet it's limited to 100Mbps (only ever maxes out at about 90Mbps) due to the ethernet port. This is more than enough to maintain stability whilst I have other devices using bandwidth.
