Playlisted program not recorded

I record a daily programme on channel 5, but recently it has not been recording and hasn't done for past 3 days

@Kuro1   When you go into your Playlist is there still a 'thumbnail' for the series you mentioned with all the previous showings still there and just the last 3 days missing or has that disappeared as well?
