Playlist

After reading all complaints about Sky playlist going back a long way it appears Sky have not fixed issues I am still losing sound picture and programmes disappearing I am trying to find out if I can get out of contract as not getting what I pay for

@Mazda13  Hi, you mention the problem with the Playlist, which has for sometime now been resolved and works extremely well.

Are the loss of sound, picture, and disappearing programs just happening on those programs you have saved to your Playlist but otherwise ok when not watching from your Playlist?
