Playlist wrong provider?

We've been watching Severance on Apple TV+ and had it in the playlist. But each time we pick it from the Playlist the system launches Amazon Prime TV and takes me to the page I can purchase it on.

obviously not want I want to do. I have tried deleting it from the playlist and re-adding after watching it again on Apple TV, but this also doesn't work and goes back to trying to play it on Amazon.

Any ideas? Does this happen for others too? Seems to be the only series we currently have any issue with. Everything else starts the correct provider.

Hi @Jemster68

So it's not in my playlist however searching for it by voice brings the result up as apple tv plus.

However underneath there is a "play on Amazon prime" button. You get this when more than one provider has the rights to it.

Is there a "Play on Apple TV" button underneath each episode?

Failing this you can report the issue to sky's viewer relations who will investigate and feedback. Their email address is viewerR@sky.uk.

Re: Playlist wrong provider?

Hi @mikealanr , there's no other buttons, it's just a single tile in my playlist, clicking on it goes straight to the series on Amazon Prime, there's no options to let me select which provider.

actually, the playlist tile even has the Apple TV logo overlayed on it, so no idea why it decides Amazon is the way to play it.

thanks for the email address, I'll drop thwm a note.
