Playlist show “recorded” but not playable

We have added "new girl" to our playlist and has worked in the past. We noticed that if you click it when it's live, you can navigate back and forth between the episodes and watch them all but if you try select them directly, nothing happens.

they say "recorded <date>" in the "on this week" section

and yes, we have unplugged and reset the puck.

really just seems like a bug, but thought it might be something to do with the show also available in Disney+ conflicting with the playback

@Keen4feen  You say you have unplugged and reset the puck.   I don't know if it makes any difference but that's how you reset SkyQ but with Stream you should scroll down to 'Settings' then 'System management' then 'Resets & updates' followed by 'Restart'. Don't do 'Factory reset'  Then leave it for a few minutes until it returns you to the Home Screen.   See if that makes a difference.

Do you subscribe to Disney+? Some episodes of New Girl seem to be broadcast on the Comedy Central channel - these should play back from your playlist, but any other episodes will only play back from Disney+ if you subscribe to it as they hold the streaming rights to all seven seasons.

@Stephen+Mourton FYI a turn off at the plug for a couple of minutes is the same as the "restart device" option in the settings on Sky Glass and Stream.

The option in the settings is fairly new ( if I recall it was added in around May/June ). It's obviously the better route to reboot the device now as it saves having to try and access the plug which for some customers can be a problem.
