Playlist issues

We have had Sky Stream for a couple of months and every few weeks the playlists we have created just "lose" all of the added programs. We had this twice in a week before xmas and has now happened again. We have a playlist for wach person in the house and none of them are showing any of the series/programmes/films we had added. 

 

I looked in the manage all and that is empty too with the "You haven't added anything yet...." Message in all of the playlists and the manage all.

 

So far we have re-added the programmes but I am fed up with doing this for a fourth time in the last month or so. Any solutions to this issue? Sky stream is much worse than Sky Q, at least with that the items were recorded properly and not reliant on this puk.
