Playlist deleted 3 times

My playlists keep deleting. It started 3 weeks ago all items disappeared checked manage all nothing there either. Started new playlist again 2 days ago disappeared. Tried again and again tonight have disappeared again. Since this has been happening no continue watching have been available and I have to remember what episode I have watched

@Ali881  Have you tried a reboot of your device and router ie power off and unplug from the wall for a few minutes??

I have also experienced this issue on my Stream pucks. I moved over to Stream from Sky Q in February; since then my playlist has disappeared 3 times across all 3 of my stream boxes (so it isn't limited to one puck). A reboot of the router and/or the pucks does nothing to fix the issue in my case.

The issue seems to have been worse since I disabled the Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations & Profiling option on my Sky iD Data and Personalisation settings (about late April - early May). Could be a coincidence but I would be very concerned if the playlist feature relies on profiling being enabled to function correctly.

 

I would be interested to know what is causing this issue and how to fix it.

@cwidd89  It may not be a coincidence.  Turning off Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations & Profiling will amongst other things remove your Continue watching (CW) rail so may also have an effect on your playlist.  It's certainly worth turning it back on to see if it helps and if not then turn it off again.

I have tried this. Now I have a no subscription message so can't watch anything. Contacted sky and have been told my account has been moved over to a legacy account so not showing active. Supposedly will take 48 hours to fix. Didn't stop them taking payment today. So now paying for no service! Will see if it's fixed tonight as that's 48 hours
