Playlist content "upgrade your subscription.”

I started a programme last night on my Sky Stream puck and it worked perfectly. Trying to continue the show today, it suddenly says I need to upgrade my package to watch. It comes from the Channel 5 suite of channels, so is normally a freeview channel.

F1 replay

Started watching the grand prix replay this morning, went out and came back to watch the rest and now says I need to upgrade my subscription, but I have the full sprts package....

Same problem here but on the F1 channels. Can't watch the F1 from my playlist as it says I need to upgrade!

Which subscription package do you have? I believe, from murky memory for reasons best known to C5, their non-live content requires a higher level of permission to access.

I'd have to check, but I started the same show lastnight with no issues. I've also watched many C5 based things before today.

Seems weird. My parents found the same issie I am having, but can watch the same show if they route through to On Demand.

I also started watching the F1 coverage yesterday no issues. And I have every package!

We got this today trying to resume watching the golf from a couple of days ago. It seems that this is Sky's roundabout way of telling you that it's no longer available.

Playlist not playing tennis from Sky Sports

Trying to watch tennis on playback from last night, on my playlist. Comes up 'need to upgrade your subscription'. I already pay for Sky Sports!

It's odd as when my parents had the same error, they got round it by finding the show in on demand. It's not a fix, but it shows that there's something odd happening on Sky's side.

Does anyone know why I can't watch sky sports playlists as says don't have subscription I do and can watch live cheers

I've fixed mine (on sky glass) by turning the plug off at the wall, then holding the power button down, then, while still holding the button down, turn the power plug back on. Keep the power button pressed until the system applies updates. 

This was for Sky Glass, not sure if the equivalent can be done for you??
