Play List

My Sky stream play list has totally disappeared several times i put content in boxes next time I turn the tv on the content has disappeared again I have rebooted the stream box no difference still missing

Hi @WHITE+HORSE  I have seen other post in the last few months where subscribers had had the same issue.  It is probably a software glitch so there are 2 things I would suggest you do.

 

Firstly restart the puck through settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > restart device.  It will take a couple of minutes and you will have a blank screen for a while.

 

If that doesn't resolve the issue try refreshing your Apps in the same menu but select Refresh Apps.  This is done in the background so you can continue using the puck but it can take a few hours to completely refresh (I tend to do it overnight).
