Is your broadband network up to the job? It's your responsibility, not Sky's, to make sure you provide and maintain a fast and stable enough broadband connection to your puck. Without doing so the service simply won't work well.
How is your puck connected? WiFi or ethernet?
What speed is it receiving? Have you done a network check on the Netflix app?
Have you rebooted both the puck and your broadband router?

Re: Pixelation
This is normally a symptom of an unstable or slow connection from the router to the puck.
What speed is your ISP supplying to your home?
Open Netflix, scroll down to HELP and then go to the network test and see what speed you are getting.
Connect with an ethernet cable and turn off the WiFi in the puck settings menu.
If using WiFi, download an analyser to a mobile device and see what is the lease congested channel in the vicinity of the puck.
Change channel on the router to the best recommended.

Re: Pixelation
I have over 300mbs of fibre..it is also hard wired into the puck so I'm not accepting there are broadband issues. According to netflix speeds I have more than enough to cope with sky.. please don't Try to fob me off with broadband issues when it has been fine up till the last week..

Re: Pixelation
It's not only broadband, it can be the cheap routers that the isp's provide. This may not be the case in this instance, but it shows how difficult it is to track down the cause of problems with the Stream puck. Personally I've had the service for 2 years with very few issues, but that's obviously not the case with everybody.

Re: Pixelation
Reboot the router and try a different ethernet port.
As this is a CUSTOMER forum, nobody will fob you off, if the issues persist you'll have to call Sky and see what their technical experts have to say.
