Pixelating on uhd sport on sky stream

Very annoying watching this weeks footy, with pictures constantly pixelating. Also occurs on other programs (bbc news). Switching everything off and back on defeats live football!

For some reason my screen darkens when watching in UHD. It did used to pixelate a lot before the last update
