Pixelating on cITV and Channel 5
I have lost ITV and Channel 5 due to pixilating and fault messages when trying to view through my Sky Q box.
I can get ITV through ITV-X, but obviously I am unable to record anything through my Sky Q box. I can also get the programmes effected through my antenna. But again, I have no way of recording anything.
Which is particularly frustrating when some favourite new dramas are broadcast and consequently, can only be viewed through the Antenna or ITV X means at the correct broadcast time slot.
These channels are also pixilating when attempting Catch-Up through the Sky Q system.
There is obviously a problem with the connection system of these channels and
Sky Q, which I consider to be a Sky problem as it badly effects my service for which I am paying over £90 per month.
my contract runs out 3rd March so I will be looking closely at continuing unless this problem is resolved very soon.
