Picture problems
Picture keeps freezing problems constantly with watching tv

Have you checked the broadband speed being received by your puck? Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app to find out. You need a stable minimum of 25Mbps but preferably a lot more.

@Louise2711 Also check where your puck is positioned. Ideally it should stand alone not touching anything with at least 6 inches of space all around it.

Are you connecting via WiFi or ethernet cable?
If on ethernet turn of WiFi in the puck settings menu.
The puck does need a stable WiFi connection but will quite happily run HD content with 8 Mbps of bandwidth.
Placement is not crucial if on ethernet, but if using WiFi then try to place it with minimal devices or walls/floors between it and the router.
Best to report what the Netflix network check reports before doing anything else.
